Our consumer community is made up of 10,000+ identity-verified individuals aged 18–45 across 30+ Indian cities. Each has a detailed profile covering demographics, lifestyle, buying habits, and product preferences. These are real people with genuine opinions — not bots or paid review farms.

A typical Starter Campaign (500 samples) runs over 4–6 weeks: 3–5 days for consumer matching, 5–7 days for delivery, 10 days for the trial period, and 7–10 days for the dashboard to populate and the report to be compiled. Rush timelines are available for an additional fee.

Yes. The ₹25,000 campaign fee covers consumer matching, logistics coordination, feedback collection, dashboard access, and the final report. You are responsible for the cost of the product samples and shipping them to our fulfillment hub. No hidden fees.

Yes. You can specify preferred cities (e.g., Mumbai and Delhi only), or leave it open for national coverage. City filtering is available at no additional cost as part of the consumer matching process.

You receive access to a live dashboard showing: total samples, response rates, average rating, NPS score, purchase intent percentage, completion rate, city and age distribution, sentiment breakdown, and top keywords. At campaign end, you get a detailed PDF report with all of the above plus brand recommendations.

Our average review completion rate is 93%. We send automated reminders at Day 5 and Day 9 of the trial period. Consumers who don't submit reviews lose their reward points — a strong incentive. If your campaign completes below 80%, we offer a partial sample top-up at no cost.

100% free. There is no subscription, no membership fee, and no cost to join or receive trial boxes. We're paid by the brands who run campaigns. Your only commitment is to try the product and submit an honest review within the trial period.

Selection is automatic. When a brand's product matches your profile — based on your age, city, gender, and selected interests — you'll receive an invitation via email and SMS. The more complete your profile, the more campaigns you'll qualify for.

There's no official limit. Most active testers receive 2–6 boxes per year depending on how many campaigns match their profile. Testers with complete profiles and strong review track records are prioritised for new campaigns.

You'll only receive products from categories you've selected in your profile. If you marked "Food & Snacks" and "Beauty", you'll get matching campaigns. We never send products from categories you haven't opted into.

Try the product genuinely over the 10-day trial period. Then submit a structured review: star rating, written feedback, at least one photo, and the purchase intent question. The full review takes about 10 minutes and earns you FTB reward points.

FTB points are earned for each completed review (base: 100 points) plus bonuses for photo reviews (+50), video reviews (+100), and high-quality written feedback (+25). Points are redeemable for Swiggy/Zomato vouchers, Amazon gift cards, and free trial boxes. 100 points = ₹1 value.

Your data is never sold to brands or third parties. Brands only receive anonymised, aggregated data from your reviews — they don't see your name, contact details, or address. You can request data deletion at any time.

We currently deliver to 30+ cities including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Kochi, and more. Sign up even if your city isn't listed — we'll notify you when we go live there.
